What a grueling game that was yesterday. Edwin Jackson's pitch count is still going up.

Still don't know what that acronym means. But welcome back. I'm giving Jerry owner of the year this year.

I'm actually right at the borderline, where if I just get more exercise, eat less pizza, more flax seed, and less red meat will keep me from going high.
I'll probably be on meds in 2 years.

I heard Brent Morel on Laurence Holmes' show yesterday. Definitely both dopey and high.

Well WTF.
Pitching change, and nothing from the new organist?I used to love how someone would pitch 7 innings of shutout ball and then give up a leadoff walk in the 8th, with a 10-0 lead, and she would start playing "Na na hey hey . . ." Not so easy for a crowd to sing, but here's my vote for the new bye-bye bad pitcher song: www.youtube.com/watch?v=SRzVKYdHKAQ

fill in the blank: when you look at Brent Morel's face, does he look a little _______________ to you?

high works, but also confused. A "what the hell am I doing here" sort of look.
My word: "dopey" Also, for some reason, he looks like he should be on the 1975 Sox instead of the 2011 version.

AJ sucks. He's only on the team because he's good at cheating in the World Series. And because the Sox have replaced the Cubs as the Atlanta Braves' key sucker for prospects.

[ihttp://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2011/04/white-sox-designate-milledge-for-assignment.html
The White Sox designated Lastings Milledge for assignment to create roster space for Jeff Gray, the team announced (on Twitter). Milledge broke camp with the team after signing a minor league deal and appeared in two games (he went 1/4 with a double), but the White Sox needed relief, particularly after consecutive extra innings contests against the Royals.
Ozzie Guillen's relievers have combined for 11 1/3 innings of work since Tuesday, so Gray gets the call. The former Cubs reliever has a 4.91 ERA with 6.0 K/9 and 2.2 BB/9 in 40 1/3 innings at the Major League level. The White Sox signed him last November, after the Cubs granted him free agency.
Jeff Gray is April for Jake Peavy.

yeah. With crushed flax seed in it. and it's not hard eating avocado every day. The problem is that I also want jack cheese and bacon on the sandwich/burger/salad, too.

I called the final score, in my head, sitting in the doctor's office. Watching gameday on my phone, I see a couple guys on . . . they'll get three runs in, I thought: 10-7 Sox. Then the doctor came in, and I turned off the iphone. And I have high cholesterol!
